There are tonnes of myths and a lot of misleading information out there in relation to weight loss and fitness, but at The Sweat Coach it’s all about fueling your fitness in a healthy way that works for you and your lifestyle. Whether you want to lose weight or build muscle, The Sweat Coach has a bespoke plan that will guide you as an individual.

However, it is not simply enough to know about The Sweat Coach as a brand. It’s just as important to know a little bit about the person behind everything, which is what this ‘About Me’ page is all about.

The Sweat Coach & I

There is no denying my interest in the world of fitness and nutrition, but it goes far beyond a simple interest. It’s safe to say that fitness and nutrition is a true passion. In fact, I don’t think there are many people out there who can challenge my commitment and desire to help others.

Though I have done a great deal of studying already - I am currently studying for a Level 2 Gym Instructor Course, a Level 3 Personal Trainer Diploma and a Level 4 Total Immersion Personal Course - I continue to broaden my knowledge and learn as much as I can about the industry. If there is a new at home workout technique, you can bet that I’ve already recommended it to my clients. If there is a new superfood that everyone is raving about, you can bet that I’ve already incorporated it into a handful of recipes. When you choose The Sweat Coach, you are choosing an expert who goes above and beyond.

I firmly believe that I have the passion, enthusiasm and professionalism needed to provide an unmatched fitness and nutrition service to everyone. I enjoy teaching and leading others, so teaming this with my genuine interest in fitness is a dream come true. I am committed, devoted and eager to help you reach your potential.
