There is no denying my interest in the world of fitness and nutrition, but it goes far beyond a simple interest. It’s safe to say that fitness and nutrition is a true passion. In fact, I don’t think there are many people out there who can challenge my commitment and desire to help others.
Though I have done a great deal of studying already - I am currently studying for a Level 2 Gym Instructor Course, a Level 3 Personal Trainer Diploma and a Level 4 Total Immersion Personal Course - I continue to broaden my knowledge and learn as much as I can about the industry. If there is a new at home workout technique, you can bet that I’ve already recommended it to my clients. If there is a new superfood that everyone is raving about, you can bet that I’ve already incorporated it into a handful of recipes.
